Delft Marketing is connected to OpenGDS, the Benelux distribution hub BedFlow links to. One connection, and Delft Marketing receives your availability and rates automatically; every booking appears in your BedFlow calendar right away. Ideal for packages, deals and the Dutch and Belgian specialists.
You link BedFlow to OpenGDS once with your Hotel Code. Then you activate Delft Marketing and the other OpenGDS partners in their portal; BedFlow keeps them all up to date at once.
Each room can carry several rate plans: a weekend package for Delft Marketing, a lower rate for another channel. BedFlow sends the right price and availability per plan.
A booking or redeemed voucher from Delft Marketing appears in BedFlow right away, channel included. Guest communication, housekeeping and invoicing carry on as if the guest had booked directly.
You can do all of this yourself, no technical knowledge needed. If you get stuck, support@bedflow.eu helps — included in every plan.
Register your property at cloud.opengds.com/property/register, confirm your email address and choose a password. OpenGDS is free: no setup fee, no subscription, no commission from OpenGDS itself. You land in your OpenGDS dashboard.
In the dashboard go to Accommodations and create one accommodation per room type: number of units, minimum and maximum occupancy, extra beds if any. Breakfast or other extras go under Supplements. You do not create rate plans here — the partner does that.
First fill in Partner Network → Sales Configuration so partners can find you. Then open the Delft Marketing profile in the Marketplace and send a connection request — or contact Delft Marketing directly. Commission and terms are agreed with Delft Marketing itself, not with BedFlow. Once agreed, Delft Marketing sends the official invitation ("Start partnership"); you approve it in your dashboard and Delft Marketing creates the rate plans in its own OpenGDS environment.
Important: ask for Channex, not BedFlow
Ask Delft Marketing to connect your OpenGDS account to the channel manager Channex. BedFlow works through Channex: Delft Marketing does not know "BedFlow" as a connection, but it does know Channex. So do not ask for a connection with BedFlow.
In OpenGDS, go to Extra → Channel Manager, choose Channex as your channel manager and open its settings: your Property ID is there. In BedFlow go to Settings → Integrations → OpenGDS, paste that code and click "Connect in Channex". In the window that opens (Mapping tab), link each BedFlow room to the right Delft Marketing rate plan and click "Done". BedFlow then activates the connection at Channex by itself; OpenGDS confirms it, usually within 24 to 72 hours, and the status in BedFlow switches to "Active" by itself.
On the Rates page, create a rate profile for Delft Marketing with the margin that covers the commission; without its own profile, Delft Marketing follows the OpenGDS setting of the tile. From now on BedFlow sends price and availability automatically. Make one test booking on Delft Marketing and check that it appears in your calendar — then you are live.
