Manage → Price advice — data-driven price adjustments based on nearby events and competitor prices.
Event scraper
Every day at 06:00 BedFlow scrapes event sources and detects major events in the region (festivals, concerts, fairs). For such days you can apply a temporary mark-up.
Competitor scraper
Every day at 06:30 BedFlow scrapes prices from comparable B&Bs in the area on Booking.com. See how you are positioned — more expensive, cheaper, the same.
Platform rate sync
Four times a day (SyncRateDetail) the current rate plans from Booking/Expedia are pulled in so you know what price they are showing (including their own surcharges).
Dashboard
The Dynamic Pricing page shows per day:
- Your direct price
- Your Booking.com price
- Nearby event (with suggestion)
- Competitor range (low / median / high)
- Suggested mark-up
This data is informational. You make adjustments via Rates → Rate profiles (new holiday/event rule) or via manual overrides in the Room overview.
