Price advice (not yet available)

Price advice is a module that suggests prices based on events in the area and the prices of comparable accommodations. It's currently running as a trial at one property and is not yet available for every account. That's why you don't see it in your menu.

As soon as Price advice is open to everyone, you'll read about it in What's new and we'll expand this article.

Managing your prices yourself in the meantime

Everything Price advice would suggest, you can already set up yourself under Management → Rates:

  • An event or busy period: create a rate profile of the Season type with a one-off period (DD-MM-YYYY), e.g. +20% during a festival.
  • Public holidays: a rate profile of the Holiday type, with or without a surcharge for the eve.
  • One day: set your own price for one room on one day, in the price calendar or by right-clicking in the room overview.
  • A minimum stay on busy days: set it on the Restrictions tab.
