Manage → Guest page — manage the content sections that guests see in their portal.

What can you adjust?

The general information sections in the guest portal (WiFi, parking, practical tips, nearby restaurants, house rules). Each section has:

  • Title (per language)
  • Rich-text content (per language)
  • Optional attachments (PDF menu, floor plan, etc.)
  • Order
  • Core sections (Information, Invoice, Honesty Bar, Wellness) cannot be deleted but can be hidden/reordered

Auto-translation

If you only fill in NL → BedFlow translates via DeepL to EN/FR/DE as soon as you save. You can fine-tune the translations manually afterwards.

Drag & drop reordering

The section order is stored in the guest_section_order setting as a JSON array. Reorder with drag & drop → the order is saved.

Adding custom sections

You can create entirely new sections (e.g. "Spa packages", "Cycling routes", "Local sights"). Every guest sees them automatically in their portal.

Tip: give your own section the title "Nearby restaurants" — BedFlow recognises that and shows it in a slightly richer layout (with a list rather than raw HTML).

Preview

The editor has a preview tab. Or go to an existing booking in the admin, click "Open portal" in the hamburger menu → you see the live guest view.

What effect does this have on housekeepers?

None — housekeepers have a separate, privacy-friendly portal (without guest info). The Guest Page Editor only affects what paying guests see.
