Wellness bookings

If you have created a wellness product (sauna, jacuzzi, massage, …) and it is bookable by the guest, guests can reserve a time slot via the guest portal — separate from or together with their overnight stay. Daily → Wellness bookings gives you an overview of all scheduled sessions.

What do you see?

A list of all wellness reservations: date, time slot, guest, product (which wellness session), number of persons, status (confirmed, pending, cancelled) and payment status.

How does the booking flow work?

  1. The guest logs in to their portal (from the confirmation email or via magic link)
  2. Clicks Reserve wellness
  3. Chooses a product (e.g. "Sauna 90min")
  4. Picks a date and an available time slot
  5. Confirms — a proforma is generated immediately, and they can pay straight away via Stripe or Bancontact

Frequently asked questions

How do I define available time slots? Per product you can configure the opening hours and the duration of a session in Manage → Products. BedFlow automatically generates bookable time slots from that.

Can several guests book the same session at once? By default a time slot is exclusive: one guest → one slot. Per product you can switch this to shared (e.g. group sauna).

What if a guest cancels last-minute? Wellness cancellations follow the same rules as bookings — configure these via General settings → Cancellation period.
