White-label guest page
Updated on 2026-10-01
Settings → My property
The guest page carries the brand of each property separately. A guest who opens their link only sees the house style of the property they are staying at: no BedFlow branding and no branding of another property. Its own name, its own colour, its own contact details, its own welcome text.
What comes from your property?
Everything on the guest page comes from the details of the booked property:
- At the bottom (footer): your property's name, address, contact details, website and brand colour, plus your Facebook and Instagram pages and your legal links (terms and conditions, cancellation policy, house rules).
- At the top (welcome): "Welcome" with the guest's first name, and below it three lines you can write yourself.
Fields that are empty are simply hidden. The guest never sees a half-empty footer or placeholder text.
Where do you set it up?
Everything is under Settings → My property. If you have several properties, the menu item is called My properties and you first choose the property. You work in these sections:
House style and contact details
- The colour comes from the House style section.
- Name, address, website, Contact email and Contact phone come from the Location & contact section.
You only fill these in in one place. If you change them there, the guest page follows automatically.
Guest page footer (per property)
| Field | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Facebook URL | The full link to your Facebook page. Empty = no Facebook icon. |
| Instagram URL | The full link to your Instagram page. Empty = no Instagram icon. |
Legal links (per property)
| Field | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Terms and conditions URL | Booking engine, quotes, guest page footer |
| Cancellation policy URL | Booking engine, quotes, guest page footer |
| House rules URL | Guest page footer |
You fill them in once and they appear everywhere. Empty = no link is shown, never a made-up address.
Have you filled in a cancellation policy as a legal page on your BedFlow website, and is your own web address live? Then BedFlow automatically uses that page as the cancellation link when the Cancellation policy URL field is empty. See Building a mini-site.
Guest page welcome (per property)
Three lines below "Welcome" at the top of the guest page:
- Welcome line 1, for example "Welcome to De Linde! We wish you a pleasant stay."
- Welcome line 2, a practical word or a personal note.
- Welcome line 3 (e.g. signature), for example "Anna and Tom".
If you leave them empty, BedFlow shows a neutral default text in the guest's language. If you fill them in, every guest sees your text exactly as you wrote it: these lines are not translated. So write them in a language all your guests understand, or keep them short.
After making your changes, click Save changes.
What does the guest see?
A guest page entirely in your property's house style, without BedFlow branding. If you manage several properties, you give each property its own face.
Good to know
- Empty fields are always hidden.
- The default welcome text follows the guest's language. Your own welcome lines don't.
- You manage the content of the page itself (information, restaurants, custom sections) in the Guest page editor.
