Room availability — bulk blocks

The Room overview (left in the sidebar under Daily → Availability) is where you see the whole month visually — which rooms are occupied, free or blocked.
Blocking individually
Click on a free cell → it turns red (blocked). Click again → free again.
Bulk blocking (date range)
For holidays, maintenance, personal use — you do not want to click every day.
- Right-click on a date header at the top
- A context menu appears with 2 options:
- 🔒 Block this day — all available rooms on that day are blocked
- 📅 Block period from this day… — choose an end date with the date picker, confirm
- You immediately see a notification: "3 days blocked — 8 room-day(s) changed · 2 skipped (already booked)"
What happens to already booked cells?
Nothing — they are not overwritten. The bulk action only turns green (free) cells red.
Channex sync
Every change (individual or bulk) dispatches an async Channex push job per room. That keeps Booking.com / Airbnb in sync within seconds. No more blocking API calls that hold up the UI.
Housekeeper badge
If you have the housekeeping module enabled and have housekeepers scheduled, a small green triangle appears in the top right corner of each date someone is coming in. The initials are in white (e.g. "CV" for Cindy V.).
